‘Tis The Season
The Harry Potter season, that is. Most of you are probably sick of all the HP fanatics, unfortunately, I am one of them! I can’t help it. As an avid reader, I was given a HP book at a young age and never really put them down. My grandma even used to send me the British copies of the books so I could truly get the full HP effect.

While Harry Potter used to be my sole reason for being obsessed with the series, I have since found another reason: Emma Watson. Watson started out as awkward, frizzy haired, know-it-all Hermione Granger, but has since blossomed into a fashion icon, making appearance in Vogue, Harper’s BAZAAR, as well as being the face of Burberry. In most recent news, Watson will be collaborating with Italian designer Alberta Ferretti where she will be designing an organic line. Watson claims that she would work anywhere for free so long as she would be able to make their clothing fair trade organic, my kind of girl!

Ah, and her hair! At first, when I heard about Watson’s hair cut I was slightly devastated. Being a girl of curly hair, I loved that Hermione also rocked the curly look. But once I saw a picture my devastation disappeared because I love her Twiggy-esque look, which perhaps mirrors her soon-to-be fashion line as she claims it will be “very classic, 60s Jane Birkin.” I can’t wait to see what’s in store for Watson, but I predict some very big fashion movements from her.
